Alpha Flight and Gamma Flight, after the battle against Llan the Sorcerer, face a goverFN/VFent committee to figure out what's going to be the next step for sanctioned super-heroes in Canada. The goverFN/VFent declares that they will open up Department H again and disband Gamma Flight, to which Wild Child goes berserk at being abandoned.
