Since the 1940s, federal and state government agencies have published comics to disseminate public information. Comics legends Will Eisner and Milton Caniff produced comics for the army. Walt Kelly's Pogo told parents how much TV their kids should watch, Bert the Turtle showed them how to survive a nuclear attack, and Dennis the Menace took "A Poke at Poison." During checkout, you will be given the option to choose between In Store Pick Up, UPS, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. All domestic orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Exception: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped on Wednesday (new release day).

We take great care in packaging your order. All comics are shipped in protective comic T-folds for maximum protection. Single issues come bagged and boarded, and trade paperbacks (TPBs) are bagged to keep them in excellent condition.

Signature Confirmation: For your protection, the first order over $75 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.
