Charise agrees and sends the Gotham Police away, and once their gone, Charise reveals to her bodyguards that she isn't worried about Gordon she is truly worried about Batgirl.Meanwhile, Barbara Gordon and Alysia Yeoh are shopping at the mall, when they are accosted by some punks and Barbara uses her training to scare away the two men. This gives her a flashback of killing her brother. That night Gordon and McKenna go seeking Ricky Gutierrez, because he was seen with Batgirl, but unknown to them that Ricky's brother Rolo, is being held captive by the Sixty-Eights Kings. There he is stopped by McKenna, but overpowers her knocking her unconscious. Gordon checks on McKenna while Ricky escapes. Then Gordon learns that Ricky is dating Barbara and becomes worried about his daughter.Later that night, Ricky makes it to PS 68 but is noticed by two cops but when they try to arrest him, Barbara, who put a tracker on Ricky's phone and dressed as a ninja ambushes them and knocks them out. Ricky goes inside and attempts to shoot the leader of the Kings and it turns into a standoff. That's when Batgirl shows up and beats up the Sixty-Eight Kings henchmen. The fight climaxes when the leader is about to shoot Rolo but Ricky overpowers him and takes aim at the leader with the gun he brought, but then the Gotham City P.D. arrives. Gordon sees Batgirl and shoots her, but Ricky gets in the way and takes the bullet for Batgirl. This leaves Ricky bleeding to death in Batgirl's arms.
