This issue starts out with Nick Fury finding out that Peter has been following him for about an hour. They get into this big conversation where Nick fury tells Peter that he won't be Nick Fury's prisoner but he will be part of his team the Ultimates. Peter goes to Eddies college dorm to see his room mate cleaning up after him after Eddie had already left with all his stuff. Peter then goes to find Eddie and goes to look for him at the place where the venom suit was found. Here Peter runs into Curt Connors where he explains to him what the venom suit was made for. This ends with Curt falling asleep and Peter leaving still a little depressed for putting his friend threw all of this.
